Secondly is to build my business to provide a safe and stable working environment for tradesman that want to live and work in a great seaside community. I am also interested in pushing myself personally to achieve a fuller and more rounded understanding of my craft. I love what I do, simply because to take an old boat and return it to its new condition is very rewarding as a craftsman. My goals are first listed above, but also to make an honest and reasonable living.
I’ve been in the marine trades for over 21 years. I enjoyed painting cars as a hobby in my teen years. I am skilled in fiberglass lamination and painting quality topcoat systems, custom paint, lettering, repair or new construction, electrical wiring, mechanical repair or replace (repowering). SERVICES WE OFFER Top houses, stretch jobs, deck replacements, repowers, new construction. I moved to homer in 1982.graduated homer high in 1985, since then I have commercial fished, worked as a mechanic, worked 21 winters in local boatyards plying my craft and as a shipwright. I have been employed in the construction business in summer months as crew foreman for more than 15 years. |
